Well, I ran late today, but not because of laziness or busyness or business, but because of illness. I laid low today, doing minimal work, trying to get better. I decided not to miss my run though, and I even ran pretty hard, as my time improved quite a bit. I'm getting to the point now where I can envision keeping up my faster pace through the entire 3 miles. As for my left ankle, it has been bothering me less and less, so I think the new shoes are doing the trick.
