Getting Ready For The 4oJ

The 4th of July is right around the corner.  As usual, we'll be in Coronado for the festivities.  Jeff and I are going to run the 5K.  For some of you, taking pics of fireworks is in your near future.  Mark, I'm looking in your direction.  You should check this out.

I've heard good stories of the people at the 4th fireworks at Coronado. I'm sure Jeff will get into some fights. Wish I were there for that.

I'm looking forward to the day...it quickly approaches!

Lindsay also is planning on running/walking the 5K.

As of now I have no cigar to smoke during the pre-firework spectacular, thus no "out-of-towners" will be offering to engage in fisticuffs. It really would not have been a fair fight anyways, it was pretty dark, from what I remember, so I wouldn't have been able to see my assailant and it would have been quite easy to find me as there was a brightly lit ash protruding from my mouth like a neon bull's eye screaming "punch here."
