Huh. What do you know? It still works. I don't have a lot to say, but I'm so enjoying the taste in my mouth that I thought I'd share my joy. I made a blue cheese-stuffed beef tenderloin tonight for the first time, and I must say, it may have been the best entree I've ever had. Paired with a nice bottle of Chianti from The Burk, perfection was attained!
